SHIPPING POLICY

All items are being shipped from overseas. Shipping times can vary depending on your location and shipping methods. Under the effect of COVID-19, the standard shipping delivery might be delayed to a certain degree.

Standard shipping to the Philippines: 20 to 50 days

Standard shipping to the United Arab Emirates: 14-30 days

**Lovecrumbs doesn't charge an international shipping fee. The shipping charge on your order corresponds to that of your local courier. Lovecrumbs uses a combination of courier services and the best available in your location is selected to deliver your parcel.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

Since stock changes by the minute, it is not always guaranteed after checkout; you will be notified as soon as possible if an item on your order becomes unavailable.

RETURN POLICY

If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 30 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All return requests are subject to evaluation.

✔ Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges.

✔ We don’t offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may result from shipping a Return. Customer will shoulder the local and international delivery charges that may be incurred for goods to be collected and returned abroad.

Should you wish to Exchange an item you received due to issues with its 'Size or Quality', this can be arranged by simply following the Return procedures and specifying "Exchange" as your "Desired Resolution".

Do note that Exchanges are an alternative resolution for Returns and are bound by the same guidelines and limitations.

Payment Methods

REFUND POLICY

1. If your order doesn't include any promotions or discounts, you will receive a full refund for the items, equal to the Item's original price.

2. If you are not satisfied with the items in your order and wish to return them for a refund,  please follow the steps in accordance with our Return Policy. We can only process returns that adhere to this policy.

3. The Order's Shipping Fee won't be included in refunds. We also don't offer Free Return Shipping nor do we provide refunds for any fees that may have resulted from shipping the returned items.

4. For your Security, refunds will only be transferred back to the Original Mode of Payment you used when placing your order. For situations that may need refunds transferred to another Account, we would be happy to provide the refund as a Voucher instead.

CANCELLATION POLICY

It depends on the status of your order.

 

Unfortunately, if your order has been processed and awaiting dispatch or has already been dispatched we would not be able to cancel it. Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out.

​

Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.
